SRG are currently working with a global Agrochemical Company based in Jealott's Hill, Bracknell. They are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join the team. This is an ideal role for someone experienced in an admin type role that has excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages.
Responsibility
- Generates reports, handles multiple projects, and prepares and monitors invoices and expense reports.
- Composes memos, transcribes notes, and researches and creates presentations.
- Arranging travel, business meetings, managing the office.
- PO management and managing capital investments
- May assist with compiling and developing the annual budget.
Qualifications
- Experience in administrative type role is essential.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Knowledge of SAP, & ARIBA would be desirable.
