MedStar Health is looking for Security Officer I and II candidates at our Baltimore hospitals. These positions include MedStar Good Samaritan Hospital, MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center, MedStar Union Memorial Hospital and MedStar Harbor Hospital.

These positions require a valid driver's license and 1-2 years of experience for an Officer I and 5-7 years of experience for an Officer II.

Responsibility

• Positions start at a minimum of $17.00 per hour and have great benefits!

Qualifications

• These positions require a valid driver's license and 1-2 years of experience for an Officer I and 5-7 years of experience for an Officer II
• High School Diploma or GED Required
• For Officer II role: 2-7 years Total related security or law enforcement experience (inside or outside of medstar)
• Excellent English communication skills required to provide safety information to passengers and write clear, factual, and detailed reports pertaining to irregular, emergency, and security events
• Must successfully complete all MedStar initial training related to violence prevention, de-escalation and crisis prevention intervention
