Job description

The role of cabin crew personnel is to ensure the safety and comfort of their passengers throughout the flight, whilst providing excellent customer service.

Responsibility

• Greeting passengers as they board and exit the plane.
• Showing passengers to their seats and providing special attention to certain passengers, such as the elderly or disabled.
• Serving meals and refreshments.
• Checking the condition and provision of emergency equipment and information for passengers.

Qualifications

• 3 or more years of work experience
• Direct response email experience
• Excellent communication skills, most notably a demonstrated ability
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
