Our client is a tech consultancy firm with an impressive client list, based in Central Newcastle. The company has a vacancy for an Admin Assistant who is an organised, self-motivated person with excellent communication skills, able to support their growing team and accelerate business growth.
Responsibility
- Assisting on projects and supporting the design and research team.
- Using a range of software and tools, including Google Workspace, Zoom, and more.
- Onboarding learners and managing records using a learner management system (LMS).
- Assist in building relationships with clients and organising meetings.
- Responding to customer enquiries and setting up introduction calls.
- Supporting instructors in course delivery and overseeing learner activities.
- Managing social media accounts.
- Recruiting participants for research studies using our internal customer database and social media channels.
- Assisting with documentation such as reports, presentations, and proposals.
Qualifications
- Super smart, ability to grasp new situations and ability to synthesise information.
- High productivity, strong work ethic, commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Highly self-motivating and ability to work often without supervision.
- Excellent spoken English and written English communication skills.
